ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, on condition that the accommodation and
the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay Euro 24-/Ch.Fr. 36.-/GBP. 15.-/US$ 35/AU$ 50.
In the event of the cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another
one, the following penalties must be paid: 25% of the rental price if the
cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the rental period,
50% of the rental price if the cancellation is at least 15 days before
the start of the rental period, 85% of the rental price if the cancellation is
made at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made the
day of arrival or in the case of no show / IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER EXTRA CHARGES.

PAYMENTS - RENTAL VOUCHER
As soon as the holiday-maker receives the written confirmation of his booking,
he must pay a deposit of 25% in his country.
The payment of the balance must take place at least 42 days before the start of the rental period.
Upon receipt of the final payment the holiday-maker will be sent his rental voucher.
For bookings made less than 42 days prior to the start of the rental period the holiday-maker must
immediately pay the total amount due.
